Public trackers and relays — NoderaMC
The published service list: who runs a tracker or a rendezvous point, where it is, and how to add a list of your own.
A tracker answers "who is on this world"; a relay carries an encrypted circuit between two machines that cannot reach each other directly. Neither is an authority — the most either can do is hide a peer, or point you at one that is not there.

Nothing has measured these addresses yet, so this build has nothing to show. That is an absent reading, not a report that the services are down — a scheduled probe publishes one, and the next build of this page reads it.
